PITTA BREAD/FLOUR BREAD THINGY??

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
6 tablespoons of flour
2-3 caps of olive oil
teaspoon of mixed herbs
teaspoon of paprika
black pepper
warm water

First put 6 tablespoons of flour in a bowl.

Then put the paprika, mixed herbs and black pepper in and mix in altogether.

(ME PUTTING PAPRIKA IN- FORGOT TO TAKE IMAGE OF IT ALL MIXED IN-SORRY!)

Then put 2-3 cap full of olive oil in.

                                                          MIX IN ALTOGETHER

Then boil the kettle and put some hot water and cold water from the tap in a cup- make sure the water in warm.

Put the warm water in and them mix in with the mixture. keep on adding more water and mixing till you get this consistincy, use your hands to make the mixture into a dough ball.

Dust your work surface with flour, so you can knead your dough ball.
your dough should look something like this.
put the gas on high then put you frying pan on, so it can heat up. do not add olive oil or butter ect.

Take small pieces of the dough and roll them into little balls
Use a rolling pin and roll out the dough balls so they are flat, but not too flat.
put the flat pieces of dough on the hot frying pan, and keep them on there until the other side ( the side you cannot see in hard- but not too hard or burnt) then, flip them other and do the same thing. they should be on the hob for about 3-4-5 mins.
.................... and they should look something like this.

                                                                ENJOY!
